These terms govern your use of myebooksbuy (“we”, “us”), operated by Avneet Digital Enterprises. By buying or reading a book here, you agree to them.

What you are buying

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read that title through our online reader. You are buying the right to read the book — not its copyright, and not a file you may redistribute.

Permitted use

• Read your purchased books for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Access them through your library using the email you bought them with.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, screen-record, resell, sub-licence, or share access to any book, in whole or in part.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and US Dollars ($). Our ebooks are sold at an introductory price; where a struck-through figure appears next to it, that figure is the price we were actually charging for that title before the current one, not a notional list price. Introductory prices rise over time and we may change any price or end any offer at any time. You pay the price shown at the moment you check out.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (for India) and Dodo Payments (international). We do not receive or store your card details.

Access and delivery

Books are delivered instantly to your online library and by email. Keep your access link private — anyone with it can read your books. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Intellectual property

The site itself, the covers and series artwork, the brand, and the selection, arrangement, editing and presentation of everything on it are © Avneet Digital Enterprises. The text of our books is written with AI under our editorial direction; we do not assert copyright over prose that is purely machine-generated. Our copyright page sets this out in full.

None of that changes what you bought — your licence to read the titles in your library is exactly as described above. If a title is withdrawn following a valid copyright complaint, access to it may end, and you may claim a free replacement title of your choice from the catalogue; see Refund and Cancellation and DMCA.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
